Returns Info,
Customer satisfaction is our top priority if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 business days after delivery date to receive a 100% refund via PayPal or a Store Credit. (Shipping & Insurance fees will NOT be refunded) buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds, will only be accepted in the "ORIGINAL" state as sold, this means that any item(s) CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF, it has been Altered, Cut, Damaged, Modified, Repaired and/or Cleaned (Specimen(s) included) NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are based in Canada, all of shipments will be through Canada Post unless otherwise specified.
We can combine item(s) for a single shipment free of charge.
